We request that, where possible, you move smaller item like lamps, nest of tables, dining chairs and bedside cabinets. That will then leave us enough space to move the TV, suite and bed to vacuum and clean below each item.

If you would like below a display cabinet cleaned, we would ask that it is emptied beforehand. However, it is more usual to simply clean right up to the edge of such items.

Yes. The cleaning products we use are completely safe for children and pets. Obviously we recommend that both are kept off cleaned areas until they are dry.

Stain removal can never be guaranteed. What we can guarantee is removal of any removable stain. If we don't take a stain out and someone else does, we will give you your money back.

All of the cleaning products we use will evaporate and when the carpet is dry, there is nothing left that can possibly attract the dirt, meaning that it will stay cleaner for longer.
